- ready to express what is in your heart space
- confident to give and receive more love
- safe to trust yourself and others

THE JOURNEY:
You will be guided into meditation to connect with your heart. There you will receive messages from your heart around what is stopping you. Then we will have an open discussion to let go what is stopping you. You will then receive reiki to fully feel your love at the highest vibration.
